Sr. Java Architect Developer: The Senior Java Architect-Developer will take an important role in determining the future application architecture to meet our next stage of growth. Working with both the IT Team and Operations, this position will develop a new suite of applications on which the organization will execute critical business functions. The role will include integrating existing applications and developing new applications from the ground up. S/he will work with the management team to drive application architectural decisions, document those decisions and ultimately participate in the development of a highly available solution. Pharmacy Technician: We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician who enjoys working hand-in-hand with Pharmacists in all aspects of patient care including speaking with patients, obtaining med profile updates and retrieving lab work. Patient Service Representative/Driver: We are seeking two mature, committed individuals to deliver medication and supplies to patients throughout Ohio and into surrounding states. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, a positive, self-starting attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must enjoy driving and must be comfortable driving at all times of day and in all weather conditions. Additional requirements include a valid Ohio drivers license, a good driving record, current auto insurance coverage and the ability to lift a 50 pound box from the floor. Specialty Infusion Program Case Manager: The Specialty Infusion Program Case Manager will be responsible for the clinical management of patients receiving select IV and specialty drugs from Clinical Specialties. S/he will develop a strong working relationship with Clinical Specialties' patients and will work closely with staff and providers to ensure the highest quality care for patients. Qualifications include current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio, CRNI certification or a willingness to pursue certification, and at least two years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting. Previous home health care and infusion experience is strongly preferred. Previous discharge planning experience is a plus. Utilization Management Nurse: From our Brecksville office, the UM Nurse provides service coordination for patients receiving home health and infusion services. UM Nurses work closely with the patient's caregivers and the payer to ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities: monitor case needs on an ongoing basis, obtaining clinical updates and insurance authorizations in a timely manner; clinically evaluate the plan of care as the case evolves and work collaboratively with the agency and payer to modify care approach as needed; document clinical information accurately and concisely. Qualifications include RN or LPN with current OH license and 2 years clinical experience in an acute care setting. Previous home health care, infusion therapy or insurance/managed care experience is preferred. Candidates must be organized and possess outstanding communication skills. Intermediate computer skills are required including experience with windows, Microsoft office, and the internet. Transitional Care Program Nurse: From our office in Brecksville, Ohio, the Transitional Care Program Nurse will assess, plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate patients requiring case management services within our transitional care program. This individual will work closely with the patient, the patient's caregivers and the payer to ensure the highest quality care for patients. Qualifications include current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio, at least two years clinical experience in an acute care setting, and previous insurance or managed care experience. Collections Specialist: We are seeking a full-time Collections Specialist to review aging reports and contact third party payers regarding past due accounts. In addition, this position functions as a liaison between the payer and the patient, assisting with insurance issues and discrepancies. S/he will also serve as a patient advocate, working directly with patients to help them understand their benefits. As such, qualified candidates must be patient, compassionate and willing to develop mutually beneficial solutions. At the same time, candidates must demonstrate an appropriate assertiveness and the drive to exceed departmental goals. Candidates must possess a high school degree at minimum and at least two years of collection experience in a healthcare environment.
